Little bit of land destruction and discard, with mill being the hoped-for win condition. Lack of creatures and control relies on the discard/land destro to hamstring opponent enough to tutor for an appropriate planeswalker or other card for particular situations. This is meant to be a casual/legacy deck, as that's pretty much all I play. May use mind twist instead of mind shatter restrictions are loose around the kitchen table. I've played something very similar, minus a couple cards I don't have (mind funeral and underground seas, I use underground rivers instead ) and it seems to lock down fairly well, or at the very least completely slow down/screw up my opponent, against most things with the possible exception of extremely fast non-land mana green decks. Wind zendikon/eradicate is the ideal early move to get rid of all of the opponents basic lands, followed up with mind funeral to mill most of their deck, then haunting echoes, jace, etc.
