Deck Description

*** BUILT ***

Mono-white Control deck that transitions to Aggro

How to Play

Exile your opponents valuable assets.
Smash them with your creatures.

Game Winners:
Spectra Ward
Godsend

Survive early game by exiling threats and hiding behind Nyx-Fleece Rams

Warden of the Beyond is a 2/2 with Vigilance that becomes a 4/4 for {2}{W} once you have exiled one of your opponents permanents.

The Convoke mechanic allows you to tap a creature for either {1} or one mana of that creature's color. Therefore vigilance is very nice as it allows you to then tap the creature(even after attacking) for a convoke spell, like Devouring Light, exiling one of their would be blockers. Also after declare your blockers, tap a blocker(s) to exile one of their attackers.

Deck discussion for Seriously? Exile Again?

I'm sorry that this comment isn't long, I typed a page and then my page refreshed -.-

1) +1 Spear of Heliod and +1 godsend. GREAT CARDS. LOW COST.
2) Take out spectra Wards for God's Willing. Lower mana cost = more utility and it's an instant.
3) No mass Calcify. This card will be used by you on turn 7, and by then it would be practically useless. End hostilities is better for this format
Other than that, I love the exiling and the con trolly part of this deck. +1

Haha... Oh sure now someone comments on my deck, and provides some suggestions. I just bought this deck online Sunday and expect it to be in the mail tomorrow.

I like both Spear of Heliod and Godsend but I didn't really think that they were 100% necessary for the deck to win either. Also the fact that they are legendary made me set them to 1. But with play testing I may increase.

I felt that Spectra Ward was more of a game-winning card. As the creature would then be untargetable by all the spells in standard, as well as unblockable to everything except morph and artifact creatures. Also I can target a creature that has been bestowed with say, Eidolon of Countless Battles, and not have the bestow/aura fall off.

I see what you mean with Mass Calcify, for some reason i thought it was 5 cmc, but I now see that is End Hostilities... I will probably reduce it, but I'm not to keen on End Hostilities replacing it as that would hose my field as well. Unless I then also include Ephemeral Shields or similar to give my creatures indestructibility. I was mainly considered with token generators(like Goblin Rabblemaster) and their tokens.

Meh... I wouldn't heavily on spectra ward only because it's a 2 of... you're not expected to draw it too much.
Also, I would main board 4 solders of the pantheon, only because of the amount of multicolor running around in standard.
Still, Love the deck bruh.

Yea I have extra cards coming with it, so I can change them out til I get it working. I may end up removing Mass Calcify all together and adding 2x Soldier of the Pantheon and 1x Spectra Ward

Definitely agree with adding 2 more soldier. You might get some use out of brave the sands.
