Use Black Cat and Drainpipe Vermin to combo with Altar's Reap.Recycle your low drops with Gravepurge.Extort with Basilica Screecher to be able to use Sign in Blood on yourself.Duress to at least see what your opponent has for a plan if not to get another card from it.Tragic Slip to remove threats that your weak creatures cannot handle.Sideboard Thrull Parasite if you are taking heavy hits and need more life.Sideboard Elixir of Immortality against mill.Sideboard Cremate to counter reanimating decks.Sideboard Murder and Tribute to Hunger to deal with those big threats more effectively.

today i proxy this and try like 15 times (6 in free for all)and i must say if i can't draw minimum 3 Shrieking Afflictions, i can't win.also slate street ruffian is very useles.. at the end i must say this is very entertaining deck... =)
Would you say you could delay enough to get the 3 Shrieking Afflictions on the field? As it is, the only win condition is damage through Shrieking Affliction.I realized Slate Street Ruffian did not combo well with any other card. I added it before realizing Megrim/Liliana's Caress is not legal in standard.EDIT: I am replacing Slate Street Ruffian with Vampire Nighthawk in version two.
and is there any instant card, same like sign in blood ? i want try to use this against my opponnents =)

That card is not standard. It can also combo well with Mental Agony if you have a lot of mana available. Mental Agony is standard.
