Deck Description

I tried to find black/white enchantments that are legal in standard and have a converted mana cost of three or less. I also found all black/white extort cards that are legal in standard and have a converted mana cost of two or less. The low costs are so you can extort all of the spells you play.

I made a couple of decks based off of the cards in this deck. They are lower card count and centralize more towards a single strategy.

This deck uses buff enchantments:

This deck uses control enchantments:

Deck discussion for Orzhov Enchantment

Replace your Intangible Virtue with Illness in the ranks. You don't have tokens, so you should be hating against them. THink about rest in peace as well, for some grave hate. Also, you should get your hands on some Godless shrines, to help the mana base.

Excellent ideas. I put Rest in Peace in the sideboard with Elixir of Immortality.

I would rather have the basic lands than to have to pay life for a multicolored land to enter the field untapped.

Godless Shrines are also expensive... Even when though I was an ass hat and sniped them on Ebay @ $5.00-$11 each.
If anything he should sell his Isolated Chapels and pick up the Shrines. As far as Type II is concerned.
Collecting wise, keep the Chapels, the Shrines value will plummet once they rotate out.

I see your goal here, looks nice.
Drop the Sanctifiers for Guildmages (you have Divine Favor already)
Add 3 more Exquisite Blood.
You have enough here in various forms to trigger. Vizkopa / Exquisite

You could EASILY get this back down to 60 and still make it a pain to be attacked.
the crazy part is you do not have to. Your mana curve is so low that I would encourage you to add 4 Sign in Blood or four Mentor of the Meek, just to keep cards in your hand and ramp up the amount of enchantments in play added per turn. 48 one and two drops. 16 being creatures leaving 32 enchantments.

Its a good start but you really need to up to 4 Sphere of Safety <--- your Shield / Protection Condition
3 Exquisite Blood , 4 Vizkopa GM's , <--- Your Win Condition
cut a lot of these x4 down to 3x and 2x <--- Unless the enchantment deals damage to opponents life total then leave at X4.
Those Enchantments will Trigger your win condition.
