utopia mycon. i actually have a fireball and a jund battlemage in mine and play them by sacing saps to the mycon. its just less likely to get it
it's not an issue of mana. The rules of EDH state that ever spell and ability must be the color of your general.
Sarpadian Empires definitely seems too costly, especially when you have other stuff that's making saps. Also, this deck seems very sporadically put together. Are you sure this actually works? Some of the lands in there don't really even seem to be worth it. Just sayin... Anyways, I have a saproling deck up, so if you want to check it out, feel free =P
