Start off by taking out everything but the lands. Run tamiyo, jace, Liliana, ajani, 4 restos, 4 angel of serenity, 5 geist of saint traft, splash green for thragtusk and garruk, and splash red for pillar of flame and bonfire. Oh, and it needs snapcaster and storm crow. Other than that, it looks alright :p

I like spirit decks =] You should definitely take cackling counterpart out of your sideboard and main deck it. It works amazingly in my spirit deck, either that or just replace it all around for phantasmal image. In fact I highly recommend Phantasmal Image, it's very versatile. Cool deckTalrands Invocation is something that can maybe be replaced =p
I would run Phantasmal Image but im trying to keep it standard. And ill fit in the Cackling counterparts somewhere too.
If you're going for more synergism I'd say doomed traveller instead of talrand's. It's a great block against aggro and it fills your empty one drop slot. Geist would be great too of course, especially if you can populate after he attacks to get a free angel.
