This is an edited version of my Azorius Tempo/Control to be block legal in Return to Ravnica. The cost is basically unchanged, and the cards are near equivalents to those in the original.I originally had "Detention Sphere" as a core part of the deck, but I'm putting it as an option (listed under sideboard for convenience sake) because the deck really needs more spell counters to really be "control". I'm putting in "Syncopate" for this purpose, but "Cancel" and "Dispel" are also decent options. Potentially, "Dramatic Rescue" or "Smite" could be removed in favor of either.
Play a card, and it slows down the game. Everything is designed to counter, bounce, or freeze an opponent's plays. I've found this deck to be surprisingly powerful and I very much enjoy playing it.
