One Niv-Mizzet does damage to your opponent when you draw a card. The other lets you draw a card when you do damage to your opponent. Ophidian Eye allows you to draw a card whenever the creature it's attached to does damage. Dropping Ophidian Eye on Niv-Mizzet the Firemind gives an infinite damage loop whenever you tap to deal damage. Just make sure that you've got enough cards in your deck at the time to fully defeat your opponent before you deck out. All of your other cards are either designed to help you draw cards to fuel the damage of your Niv-Mizzets or to combo with Goblin Electromancer and Guttersnipe to cast some easy counters/burns.If all else fails, just sideboard in... most of your sideboard for a more standard Izzet deck model.
