I wouldn't say Flames is "a lot" better than Char. The fact that it can't hit a creature is a major drawback. It's also currently illegal in Standard play, since the Kamigawa block rotated out with Time Spiral. This is clearly a Type 2 deck. You don't need Elves and Birds in this deck. Drop the Birds and play 4 Elves, they're a much better fit for the deck. Llanowar Elves help you play a turn 2 bloodthirsted Scab-Clan Mauler, Birds of Paradise do not. I'd also play Rift Bolt over Seal of Fire
As I was saying, Rift Bolt over Seal of Fire, Stonewood Invocation over Moldervine Cloak (though the Cloak isn't a bad substitute), and Krosan Grip over Naturalize in your Sideboard.
