Use Master Transmuter to bring out strong cards early, and keep bringing them out for the rest of the game.
I get out Master transmuter as early as possible and hopefully am able to protect her with shroud. Then do deck searches with demonic tutor or sphinx summoner. I use unwinding clock and seat of the synod to allow me to use her ability every turn and expand my field during the opponents attack phase or second main. Whispersilk cloak and blightsteel are a good one hit combo.
