I never thought I would see the day. A Plant Tribal Deck :PAwesome idea, thumbs up from me. I do miss Carnivorous Plant and Whip Vine, they would help your defence more than wall of vines. But since it's modern, I understand.

Shouldn't cards like Aerial Predation and Deconstruct be in the sideboard? Essence Warden could be great cheap way to buy time and Overgrown Battlement would be insane mana ramp (while also being somewhat on theme).
