I have the card Phylactery Lich, and realized that he works in a tiny leaders deck. I looked for a commander that would deal with artifacts. I couldn't search legendary creatures with artifact in their text box, so I had to use type. Silas is the only black legendary artifact creature costing three or less. He costs a dollar, although mtgvault doesn't recognize his price. Add a dollar to the medium deck price, and that should be about the right price. I use a 30$ budget for regular (60 card) decks, so that's the budget I'm going to use here. For those of you that don't know, tiny leaders is a format basically like commander, except you get 50 cards, and everything has to have a cmc of 3 or less. Also, I think you get 20 life like usual, but I could be wrong.
Sacrifice your artifacts to various sources. Have silas deal damage to a player, then get the artifacts back. Also, he's useful if your creatures get killed, since most of them are artifacts. The artifact lands can also be brought back if they're destroyed.
