Blood Tribute + sanguine blood = I win. rats or vampie night + grave pact = you sack 2, best defenders. 2 crypt ghast + exsanguniate = I win. Any life gain + sanguine blood = you hate me. ulamog or reiver demon = you hate me. 2 crypt ghast + griselbrand + temporal extortion = i play everything in my hand and i draw seven and do it again. at this point i just choose which way i want to win the game.

take a look at crypt gast its way more powerfull everything i have is fairly cheap. its a good thought if i decide to take somthing out
remove 2 distress for 2 more dark rits
I would add Exquisite Blood from the side deck to the main deck. That combined with Sanguine Bond creates an infinite loop that kills your opponent even if they lose just a single life.
