Pauper is a format following the Commander format with a few exceptions. One of which your commander has to be an uncommon creature (does not have to be legendary). All other cards (including lands) have to be common rarity. This format challenges you to be more creative an play cards that you normally wouldn't play. As long as a card has ever been common (and later got changed) you can still play it in the pauper format i.e. Rancor, Oblivion Ring, etc.
This deck is basically trying to build up my commander by casting multi-colored spells to hopefully death-blow your opponent with commander damage. It is pretty effective but feedback is always accepted.
