I really like this deck. I think it all meshes really well and it gives you so many opportunites to sac your spirits in order to get what you need out. The rares fit nicely +1 good job.

I have a somewhat similar 40 card deck that I've been messing around with. It involves mostly lantern kamis and bile urchin, along with other cheap spirits. I have a couple control cards, and my goal is to draw a devouring greed. It has some work (mine does), but this deck looks nice.
