Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

I'm surprised you don't have any Ichor Rats in the deck. It's one of the easiest ways to get a poison counter onto your opponent, then you can proliferate all you want.

I too am startled. There's a lot of proliferate, but only one way to reliably give your opponent a poison counter: putting in a Hand and playing an infect creature. That can take a while, though... You just should put in the rats...
I definitely agree with the other two comments, you should add the rats. Like necropede is good but you have enough mana to get rid of necropede and add three rats.

thanks for the comments, I indeed added the rats. Note this deck is more for casual/multiplayer matches. I don't think it has the necessary speed to catch up with most standard duel decks
