Deck Description

black can just give more options. many of the best mill cards are black/blue. also you can combo traumatize with haunting echoes which is nice. also, if you can afford it, grindstone and painter's servant is a great mill combo. in regards to your current set-up, i would max out your wall of frosts, take out rite of replication and call to mind (no need for call to mind, if you want the card thats in your graveyard you can just replace call to mind with another copy or version of the card thats in your graveyard), add some baby jace's if you can (just for some card draw-also helps with the mill factor and adds another threat on the field), maybe add sleep. Halimar depths might be a good idea and some fetch lands for some deck thinning and for your hedron crabs. You dont even need the expensive ones, any of the common fetches will be worth it as well. you want to be able to abuse thoes crabs as much as possible.

You've got some really good stuff going on here, maybe throw out the ice cages since you've got a pretty decent line of defense going even though there aren't that many creatures. Memory Erosion would be a great addition, and maybe some more Archive Traps.

Mono Blue milling isn't impossbile, it's just easier when complemented by Black, this is my Mono Blue, take a look: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=127558
