The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Equip either Cunning Sparkmage or Vulshok Sorcerer with Scythe of the Wretched, have Blood artist or Falkenrath Noble out on the battlefield. Then, tap the Sparkmage/Sorcerer to deal 1 damage to itself, killing itself. The "whenever another creature dies" on Artist or Noble triggers, dealing 1 damage to target opponent and you gain 1 life. This also triggers the Scythe's ability, causing the sparkmage/sorcerer to come back to the battlefield, attaching the Scythe back onto it...
Repeat the process until you feel like your opponent is mad/dead enough...

Comments and Suggestions welcome!

----- Edit -----
Just realized that this doesn't work because Scythe gives the creature +2/+2 as well...
so I added in spawning pit to sacrifice and make sure the sorcerers and sparkmage dies...

Deck discussion for Infinite Damage!

i love decks like these
also tragic slip in this deck is evil

Also remember if your opponent tries to pop your Scythed sparkmage or sorcerer before you have the combo you can pop it yourself and your opponents spell will miss.

i like it too. i think basilisk collar would be easier than the death pits, but you would have to pay 1 mana for each point of damage. on the other hand, it would make your deck better if you don't find the combo... maybe you could run both? and if you're willing to splash green, nightshade peddler would easily replace death pits.
