im sorry, im a little newer to magic and i havent quite been able to understand miracle, u draw ur cards anyways, does it just mean u tap mana for the mircle cost before u draw it and hope u get lucky?

You draw your card as usual but if it is a Miracle card and is the first draw of the turn you may reveal that card and cast it for its miracle cost, so if you don't want to use it for the miracle cost just draw it without revealing it.
so u reveal the card and if it has miracle then u cast it for tht cost?
Correct, you reveal it as you are drawing it prior mixing it with the rest of the cards in your hand.

More Verdict! Essence should be sideboard & I won't use "Syncopate"... I like the basic complection! "Devestation Tide" or "Cyclonic Rift" should be great for this1!.. :)
