The deck is mainly based around Blink. I'm a beginner player and once I learned how fun it is to use Momentary Blink in the Blessed v Cursed product I said "I want a Blink deck." I looked up Deck Tech on the internet for Blink decks and found a commander deck that was based on Blink and just picked out the cards that I thought would be good in a Modern Deck. In the deck there's some mana ram artifacts in there to help boost the casting, enchantments and some creatures to help protect you from whatever the opponent(s) throw your way, and a crap ton of blink instants.
You use the instants to activate the effects of your creatures and not just do an attack each turn but throw everything back to there hand or deck and the end so they cant do anything the next turn and you end up having the control.
