The Laboratory Maniac is the win condition.Use the leveler for an instant deck mill. BUT, be sure you are ready to draw a card, Gitaxian Probe should be used in the deck, but to keep cost minimal i dont use it myself.Also consider tap to draw/discard creatures for the same effect after the leveler has landed on the board. Buried Ruin, is great to pick leveler up when milled.
