Agent of the Fates has one of the best Heroic triggers in the game and is very cheap, so I decided to make a deck around him. You need Agent of the Fates for obvious reasons, Triton Fortune Hunter is good for draw power after scrying, Omenspeaker lets you scry 2, which is vital, Deathcult Rogue is great for the Hidden Strings Cipher, Duskmantle Seer exists for being a 4/4 flier and more draw power, Hidden Strings is perfect for untapping Agent of the Fates with the Cipher on something unblockable (such with Aqueous Form) to target and trigger Agent, Mizzium Skin protects Agent and provides an instant trigger for his Heroic, Aqueous Form is for unblockable power, specifically on Agent, and for scrying, Dissolve is for any possible dangers to your Agent, Doom Blade slows opponents down, and Read the Bones will set you up for a while after casting it. Control, tokens, and fast decks are all pretty difficult for this deck to compete against.
