Just a bunch of powerful cards that somehow work synergistically with artifacts as the binding agent. I think that, if one were to either proxy some cards or have a wallet the size of Texas, this would not only be a fun deck, but also quite a formidable one. What do you think?
If you Isochron Scepter all your cheap mana rocks with Reliquary Tower, you can Paradoxical Outcome for mass amounts of cards. Maybe even a Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top + Aetherflux Reservoir to end the game right then and there. Oh, something getting in the way? Cataclysmic Gearhulk or Cyclonic Rift.
