I know this deck is bordering on not being budget, but at least I removed the Seasoned Pyromancers before things really got out of hand. The goal is to use fast creatures with massive power stats to attack for the win.
With this deck, everything surrounds the three wincons: Magmatic Force, Nova Chaser, and, to a lesser extent, Elemental Appeal. Flamekin Harbinger and Gamble are for accelerating you win by searching for the wincons, and Soulbright Flamekin is there to deliver the mana payload you'll need to play Magmatic Force or the kicker on Elemental Appeal. Leading up to that, just sprinkle some Spark Elementals and Thunderkin Awakeners to give you a consistent stream of damage to keep your opponent on their toes before smacking them hard.
