Deck Description

This deck is built around a combo with Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, as most of the cards in the deck have Lifelink or make you gain life. If infinite damage combos are your thing, build this. Plus, it’s Modern legal, making it incredibly powerful.

How to Play

Once you get Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond out, all you have to do is gain any amount of life or make an opponent lose any amount of life, and you’ve instantly won. Infinite damage to opponents and infinite lifegain for you.

Deck discussion for Modern Infinite Damage

The deck is pretty mana heavy, I'd add some blockable turn 3 hitters/another wincon. Mana ramp/fetches wouldn't be a bad thing if you're really going for the infinite combo. Also I don't see a point giving lifelink to creatures with lifelink already. I run this combo in my B/R vampire with Blood artist and Vampire Nighthawk.

Like what? I don’t understand. Sorry, I still don’t know some of the terms MTG players use.

https://www.mtgvault.com/card/blood-artist/AVR/ for really annoying damage, maybe add some removal to go with this?

https://www.mtgvault.com/card/bloodbond-vampire/BFZ/ can be usefull sometimes

https://www.mtgvault.com/card/dusk-legion-zealot/RIX/ nice addition from ixalan imo for drawing, or sign in blood....

https://www.mtgvault.com/card/falkenrath-noble/C17/ Blood artist with flying, it's not really that good but I like it.

https://www.mtgvault.com/card/vampire-cutthroat/EMN/ turn 1 lifelink

https://www.mtgvault.com/card/vampire-nighthawk/MM3/ best vampire in the game imo

wincon= winning condition, how you win games, in this case your infinite combo

Mana ramp= gaining mana quickly

Fetch= searching something from your deck

Consider the following cards/changes also

https://www.mtgvault.com/card/corrupt/M14/
https://www.mtgvault.com/card/urborg-tomb-of-yawgmoth/M15/
https://www.mtgvault.com/card/isolated-chapel/ISD/
https://www.mtgvault.com/card/terramorphic-expanse/C17/

Basically you wouldn't really need plains imo. you can just run terramorphic or dual lands

Demonic tutor makes the deck modern illegal.
Some creature removal/card draw would make me feel much safer playing this deck, and I just heard Vindicate was removed from Modern ban list....if it was ever banned.

Well it's your deck so try to decide it for yourself. My final advice would be that start with fairly cheap cards if you're going to buy this deck( if the money isn't an issue just go for it, it's always nice to have some spare cards around). Playtesting the deck is prob the best way to see how it really works. I ran the infinite combo in my deck once with 4x Exquisite Blood and 4x Exquisite Blood but later on realized that I don't really need that many cause I kept drawing them when I did not really need them, and since it was my only real wincon my opponent just removed it from the battlefield which lead to me losing.
