Kaheera, the Orphanguard = CompanionThis is an outline for one of the most played non-delver Legacy decklists. I like the idea quite a lot, and I am glad that Wrenn and Six is not in Legacy to make this deck actually balanced.
The basic gist is to get out maybe one or two color-producing lands, then play Dark Depths (not necessarily in that order) and ramp SO HARD that you create a Marit Lage in not many turns. The rest of the cards accelerate your ramp and/or slow your opponent down; of course, one of the most backbreaking cards in this deck also costs $4,000 (Tabernacle), but it's legacy, what do you expect?
