The basic idea for this one is to use the banned everywhere Tolarian Academy to ramp up massive mana for some dangerous stuff.
The ideal hand for this deck is Tolarian Academy, 3 0 mana artifacts, Tinker, Cranial Plating and one flex slot. First, play all 3 0 mana artifacts, then Tolarian Academy for Tinker, sac one of the artifacts to search for Blightsteel Colossus on the battlefield turn 1. Next turn, attach Cranial Plating to it, just in case your opponent has a creature out, and swing for 10+ poison counters and game.
