Tribal decks are fun to make and experiment with to get the best results. Allies like Slivers feed off each other. When you add bounce to the mixture of allies, with the likes of Ondu Cleric or Halimar Excavator, the results can be devastating.
Once you starting playing allies, you should be the target very quickly. Having some bounce effects either to exile or better yet back to hand is very valuable. Start milling or chipping away at the life. Be sure to keep Ghostway in hand for DoJ effects.The secret of this deck is...whoever has the most creatures steal them by using Shields of Velis Vel + Peer Pressure. Make sure you have more allies than the person your targeting. When you steal them and come onto your field, all the Allie triggers will occur.
