First, lol double post. Second, the Living Weapon enchantments make 0/0 "Germ" creatures.

It's like Doubling Season works everywhere. It's like Doubling Season works everywhere.

Man is this funny, I just...It's so...AWESOME.
Only thing I would maybe try is Batterskull, just because it's sooo good.

Sorry about this, but could you take another look at my Karador? I've a few more cards, but I just can't decide on what to take out. I just like the cards too much to want to remove them. Thanks in advance.

Would Muraganda Petroglyphs pump the Mortarpod germ? Would pump a creature that has an equipment that gives it it's abilities?

Also, why do you have Oran-Rief? Is it just to pump BoPs and Nobles?

I thought about doing this same thing execpt black. The automaton rules, and moving weapons off of 1/1 germs rules.

so Emeria, the sky ruin is just used to pull out BoP, Noble Hierarch, and Puresteel Paladin from the graveyard if they are in there?

does that happen a lot?

looks like a really fun deck to play with, I just made one that's really fast with Puresteel paladin. :)

People want to kill off Puresteel and Automaton as fast as they can, so yeah, it happens pretty frequently. It also can give me a steady supply for Mortarpod =P

I'm very intrigued in your decks, I keep coming back looking at your decks with the question, what do you feed that hamster running in your head? :D I’m really liking the idea with germs, knowing something so small could bring down something so massive (Like squirrels eating a Leviathan) or a crab attack on a prostitute. Well, anyway wanted to give you some appreciation. Plus why not toss in some Tezzeret's Gambit’s draw two cards and proliferate doubling up your germs, also Tumble Magnet may be useful. Plus, this deck has me thinking your doubling up germs, so when they come into play they are 0/0 creatures that would then die (without no abilities added) so with black you play a Grave Pact you have control of creatures entering the battlefield (just thinking out loud). If you find the time I would appreciate if you could toss me bone and take a look at my Kozilek, Slaughter of Hope! deck.

Keep building :)

proliferate doesn't do anything in this deck, it increases counters, not tokens

You only have 6 plains, including the savannahs... as far as I can tell Emeria, the Sky Ruin will never activate.

I'm making up my own type of living weapon deck, which i'm guna post soon I would love to have some advice on it :D Also I would throw in a golems heart I LOVE golems heart, even if you have just one in the deck it would benefit more than hurt! Take care :)

Phyrexian Metamorph would rock hard in here.

Not only can you bring him back with Sky Ruin, but when he comes into play target a living weapon, you get a second one AND a new germ token. Win win.

i always wanted to do this but i didnt know that there were this many living weapons

I know this has been mentioned previously in this comment section, but batterskull is an excellent living weapon. Plus, it has the added benefit of being able to go back to your hand so you can play it over and over again to get out more germ tokens.

Does Doubling Season even do anything here? It creates a 0/0 token which would die instantly. Also, Bonehoard is just horrible. You only have 9 creatures in total (tokens don't go in the graveyard). The 4 Mortarpods are going to be completely dead in half the match ups. I just don't see this deck doing anything. This deck is just filled with a bunch of cards that should be in the sideboard. Tell me about some games you actually won with this deck.

You seem to be missing something here...

I have 7 different enchantments that buff my 0/0 Germs, 4 of which are Leylines, so at worst they're 0/1's and 1 point of life gain. Usually they're quickly 3/3's or 3/4's.

I have Adaptive Automaton which gives them all +1/+1...

I recently added Batterskull for more Germ spam, but with 13 creatures in reality (sure took a long look at the deck huh?) along with plenty of germs (even without Doubling Season), and Emeria bringing things back...I have more than plenty of fodder for Mortarpod

Please re-read Bonehoard.

I've won multiple games with this actually, you might understand how if you actually looked at the deck =P

I know Bonehoard is all graveyards, but I still think it's only good with decks with more creatures. I've never seen a good deck main deck 4 Bonehoards (I see you went down to 3). And I see that Doubling Season does pump of your guys, but it can still look like a pretty dead effect half the time. It just looks kinda cute. Having leylines also make up for poor draws. +1/+1 effects for four mana isn't exactly ideal. Also, I asked "tell me about." I wasn't denying you won any games, I'm sure curious as to what you beat.

0

Eh, I'll admit I've had games where Bonehoard is only so-so, but usually it provides a hefty boost. With the 4 Leylines and the 4 automatons (which are available on turn 2) I very rarely have Doubling Season as a complete waste. It's happened, but like I said, rarely. Dead draws are sort of a risk taken when using Leylines...but if you think of both of them as sub-par "Lords" (sub-par when you factor out the opening hand) then it's not so bad.

Batterskull has really helped out the deck, so I've had a number of wins with its help.

I mostly play this in our group's Tribe format games, where it's beaten Birds, Insects, Wolves, Humonculuses, and Advisors. I've also won against many other decks of different kinds. Obviously this won't beat the power-hitters in Legacy, but it's a pretty effective deck TBH =/
