Undoubtedly very spell based making great use of the overload mechanic.Creatures are cheap and boasted by the effects of spells. Bring up Goblin Electromancer's to reduce the cost of spells and Guttersnipe's as soon as possible to deal that extra damage. Blistercoil Weird is a weak creature until you cast your instants and then he is a force of destruction or if mana is low simply exile your spells and have a destructive Nivmagus Elemental.Izzet Staticaster's are there to destroy decks that like to have more than one copy of a creature and destroy token decks. I plan to make a deck for each guild based on mostly common and uncommon from the return to Ravnica and gatecrash (as well as dragon maze when it is out) check out my other decks.
