Deck Description

I've created a deck with one of the fastest ways to get mana. It originally was intended to be played in Modern, but since I just read Skullclamp is banned, it's just made for casual.

It's really back to its original state, and was changed since Fastbond is just downright cruel. It's replacement was Azusa, Lost but Seeking (You may play an additional 2 lands per turn) so it can be played in Modern.

Here's the strategy. Do note that this is the most efficient way for this deck to work:

Turn 1: Play a forest, play Fastbond and play all of your lands but one in your hand.
Play any spell that you wish. I
f you have Fauna Shaman, put her in priority one if you also have a creature in your hand.
Play Skullclamp if you don't have Fauna Shaman in your hand first or, if you do, after it (if you can).

Turn 2: Play a land if you drew one and have another in hand.
Play Fauna Shaman's ability, discarding a creature. Discard Bloodghast if you have it in your hand.
Otherwise, discard anything else to get Bloodghast in your hand.

Turn 3: If you have a Bloodghast in your hand, play Fauna Shaman's effect again and get a creature (Rampaging Baloths is highly recommended).
By now, Bloodghast should be in your grave.
Play that land that you've kept in your hand since turn 1.
This will bring Bloodghast back.
Equip it with the Skullclamp that you hypothetically played on turn one.
You will draw two cards because of this.
If one of those cards is a forest, play it, and equip Skullclamp to the resurrected Bloodghast.
Repeat this until either you don't have anymore lands in your hand or your life is too low OR you want to take full advantage of Rampaging Baloths effect (stop around 7 forests).

Turn 4: Play any big creature stompy creature in your hand (I suggest Rampaging Baloths).
Continue this process until you want to stop.

Turn 5: Attack with whatever giant ugly... thing you've got now.

Wha-Really? Dammit!

Thanks though, pal. Although I just ordered a bunch of these cards, I could always play casually.
