Not bad...-3 Dissolve, +2 Syncopate, +1 Counterflux...-1 Duress, +1 Rakdos's Return in sideboard...The mana base is a little off... ...with 24 land & no Mutavault, you still don't have enough red mana(you are exactly 1 short on it)... ...you have 14 land that could produce blue mana, 12 black & 11 red... ...you need 13 blue, 12 red & 12 black... ...& with trhese 24 land, I'd use 2 Mutavault(I know it's not too relevant, but it still helps at certain situations)... ...I'd use 12 shockland, 4 scyland, 2 Island, 4 Mountain & 2 Mutavault... ...that's 24 land(14 could add blue, 12 red, 12 black).......This is my version(a little more black orientated): http://www.mtgvault.com/poetmasterx/decks/herosniper/
