WELCOME BACK TO HYPER BUDGET!Decided to challenge myself; Build only decks that remain below $15, contain no rares, CMC 3 or below, no SB and could be used at a FNM with moderate success. Changed this one up a little, I did throw in some cards above the 3 CMC ruling but this deck definitely calls for it! Here we have an Azorius aggressive tempo, oxymoron? Its all about the detain, lock you opponents board down and chip away with yours. Got some bounce thrown in in not only for you opponents board but for yours, keep that detain train rolling!

Where is your all time favorite Banisher Priest?? Also Azorius Charm should keep you under budget. It's way better bounce plus all the other utility. Restore the peace can be a pseudo board wipe as well. Maybe even Search Warrant seems kinda neat

That card is one of my favorite from BOG! I want to build a deck around Kraken Hatchling, Yoked Ox, and Charging Badger :P
what about ordeal of heliod? it might be a nice card to put on, say, a soulsworn spirit? plus, in a deck like this, having the possibility to gain 10 life is amazing.

what would happen if you made a deck that wasnt hyper budget? Do u think u can do an expensive version of the hyper budget decks? Im curious what you can come up with using tourney-grade cards.
Funny you should ask that because I started doing just that with this very deck this last FNM! Here is what I started with and plan on building from there, I think it has potential.<a href="http://www.mtgvault.com/sway/decks/azorius//">Azorius</a>I didn't do bad I just didn't have the steam to finish most of my games, the only blow outs that I had was one game against a (B) Devotion and one game against a (G) Devotion. I will be changing some of the creatures up and putting in some more threats to get me to higher win percentage. I haven't been excited about fine tuning a deck since I lost Invisible Stalker and Vampire Nighthawk!

And to think, when I made Hyper Budget: Rakdos, it only got 1 like..... Also, Azorius Justicar is 4 mana....
He made an exception because this deck just isn't possible to make with cards all under three mana. It's in the deck description.
If it's only 6 cards, then it isn't too bad
