This deck allows for full field control. Anything big gets on the field goes right back into the opponents hand delaying them a turn. + With preordain and Quest for Ula's Temple, you only need 3 turns to roll train on the field and with 2 of each a octopus and a leviathan, you don't have to worry about losing one. Also side control is Echo mage + Spells.

It's a blue deck.
Take out wrexial and throw in a second rite of replication.
