cool idea. I would switch Birds for Llanowar Elves. This will help with the casting of your black spells. Another idea is to get rid of some of the cards that search your library for lands for creatures that produce mana. Like Birds, Noble Hierarch, etc... But if i am thinking what you are thinking you are just using the get land cards to reduce your deck size. Maybe a howling mine or something like that would make this deck a little faster. If you get the right cards then mana will not be a problem, but it is going to be the numbers of cards to you can cast (meaning if you have no cards and can cast the spell that you draw and have half of your mana left it is kind of a waste).
