I think you need more land.

Your mana curve is really high.

Whenever I draw a sample hand, I'm mana screwed.

Start by reducing the amount of high-cost cards. I suggest removing 4x Archon of Justice, 4x Felidar Sovereign, 2x Necropolis Regent, and 1x Lord of the Void in favor of cheaper creatures.

I mean, there's a lot of good B/W cards here but they're not working together in any meaningful manner. The closest to synergy you've got going on is Crypt Ghast + ArchangelOT. Making a good deck isn't just about cramming lots of expensive cards together in one place, it's about considering how they work together to achieve something greater than the sum of their parts.

Say you're going with the ghast/archangel thing, then you'll get a lot more mileage out of having a bunch of cheap lifegain creatures to saturate the battlefield while really kicking the healing into overdrive. Deathgreeter, Soul Warden, Soulmender, Thrull Parasite, that sorta thing. Since you've already got lifegain going on, stuff where you pay life will also be great: you've already negated its negative effect. Sign in Blood, Greed, Phyrexian Arena, Grimclaw Bats, Infernal Contract, Minion of the Wastes- anything that has a ridiculously cheap mana cost because it makes you pay life to use it.

Or if you wanted to run with the Archon of Justice as your main attraction, you could load up on stuff like Fiend Hunter, Oblivion Ring and Murder, then make sure all your opponent's stuff never stays on the battlefield long enough to be useful.

These are just a few ideas: pick one or two big guys with cool abilities, then see what sorta little guys you can pair up with them to get the most out of their trick. Most (good) expensive creatures will have an ability that doesn't just affect them: it affects the whole battlefield. Find a way to use that.

a good modern deck will gain too much momentum. if you are only playing locally and it works for you, great. to each their own. it does however have room for improvment.

[Heartless Summoning] can only do so much, and there is no guarantee you will even get it the first few turns, even with 4 in there.
