Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Freeze everything...There is not much more that needs to be said. Tap lands, creatures and your opponent's sanity with thing in the ice as a finisher of sorts. If you don't mind going off flavor a bit, (ice)ochron scepter can aid with locking down your opponent.

Upvoted for these reasons:1.) Budget2.) Theme3.) PunSuggestion: Though it may hurt the budget (I'm not sure of their worth) maybe the lands should all be snow-covered?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I am so late to this, I do own a full set of snow-covered lands so I think that might work better.
Oh how about Dark Depths, I mean come on, it's a snow covered land with ice counters. ;)(ok so it's probably out of the budget, maybe just add to sideboard as a nice to have)
Added in sideboard to preserve budget. Otherwise great suggestion!
