Would be very nice & competative, but there is no need for having 25 lands and a lot of expensive cards... Drop 3 Serenity, keep only 1... ...drop 1 land & play 4 Detention Sphere, rather than 2-2 of Sphere & Ring!.. Play 3 Dissipate in the mainboard & 3 Negate in the sideboard!.. Drop Snapcaster, it won't do much here, since most of your spells are high in cmc & you play no ramp!.. Add a 4th Think Twice, 1 Sphinx's Revelation, 2 Index & 3 Geist of Saint Traft!.. I'd play Feeling of Dread &/or Cyclonic Rift here as well... Drop Jace & Confusion from the sides & put in some Rest in Peace, may be 2 Rootborn Defences for Entreat, expecially against Mizzium Mortars & some Faith's Shield pherhaps...
