Deck Description

This deck is ''almost modern'', the only thing not modern is the replenish, rector, and decree.

Use power conduit to siphon counters from decree of silence to feed your Darksteel Reactor.

How to Play

Hold off your enemy while you build up as many copies of power conduit on the field as you can. Have darksteel reactor out and then drop decree of silence using academy rector or replenish, if you have one in the graveyard. After that, it is pretty much win because either your opponent holds off and you build counters on the reactor each turn or they try and break your decree, in which case you siphon off the counters from it to keep it alive and use them to feed the reactor, putting you closer to victory.
