so, all the opponent has to do is make sure that your excavator stays off the board, and your shapeshifter is useless? I'd suggest finding another ally to play instead of your spells. no real point in playing the excavator without atleast 8-12 other allies to set him off.
cut the 2 essence scatters for 2 counterspells instead of cancels. It's the same as cancel except it's only 2 Blu mana
