Deck discussion for Drink Of Life

If you can gain 4+ life a turn regularly, Angelic Accord can be a secondary win condition. Alternatively, Lone Rider (It That Rides as One) can be a decent beat stick.

Oh thanks, nice suggestions. Angelic Wall could probably go out for the Lone Rider. Angelic Accord sounds good but I'm not sure what I'd replace with it

Angelic Accord is only good if you can get the 4+ regularly.

Makes sense, otherwise just play another angel I guess. 2 of the main life gain cards in the deck give 3, so it may not fit this one.

Well it's not a Soul Sisters deck, so points for that.

I find your lack of Path to Exile, Wraths or even Nyx-Fleece Ram disturbing.
And why Encroaching Wastes over Ghost Quarter? LD is usually against Tron and usually targets irreplaceable lands like Yawgoth's Tomb, or Eldrazi Temple where they probably aren't playing many basics.

I really want to build a Ramunap/Splendid Reclamation deck for standard now.

Nice solid budget life gain deck!

I am assuming many of the choices are made with budget in mind (no Path to Exile for example). However for an alternate Win condition you could run 2 Aetherflux Reservoirs. They are less than $1 each, have solid life gain, and if you consistently have over 50 life per game it can be pretty brutal.

Enjoy your deck!

Cheers!
