Wound Reflection and Jace, Memory Adept ult is an instant kill for players that don't focus on lifegain. Oh, and Psychosis Crawler with Consecrated Shinx is an absolutely terrifying sight to behold while having Charmbreaker Devils is a nice way to ensure you do not lose steam.

I also run Platinum Angel and Stormtide Leviathan to slow down the game, and Exquisite Blood is absolutely broken with Nekusar.

For sideboard purposes Fade into Antiquity will help you a lot more than Naturalize will. Having the versatility to make a god go away (something this deck lacks) for one more mana is extremely useful.

You need to squeeze a Torpor Orb into this.

He has protection from everything, including spells you control, which in turn means you can't target him with enchantments. Unfortunately you need global effects to boost him like Nirkana Revenant or Nylea.

Good global enchantments that I think will help this deck out are True Conviction, Mirari's Wake/Mana Reflection, and Akroma's Memorial (although that is an artifact).

You do realize that you won't be able to give Prog any of those pretty enchantments, right?

Here's a quick list of recommendations:
-Gauntlet of Power/Caged Sun will speed this up a lot.
-Luminarch Ascension for the overrun mentality of the deck.
-Frontline Medic and Grand Abolisher are great utility creatures.
-Emeria Sky Ruin is a much better land than Seraph Sanctuary.
-While it will cost you an arm and a leg both mana and money wise, few things can compare to the late game presence that is Avacyn
-Touch of the Eternal can hurt you a lot more than it will help. If you want security, invest in a Platinum Angel/Emperion
-White has a number of answers to board wipes such as Faith's Reward or Rootborn Defenses

Maze of Ith and Dolemn Gate will help keep Geist alive when he swings while adding a Strionic Resonator will give you even more tokens. Also, Luminarch Ascension is an absolutely silly card that escalates out of control very quickly in EDH.

I honestly cannot see why you would run Rubblebelt Makka and Slaughterhorn over Ghor-Clan Rampager. Same mana cost for the bloodrush but it also gives it an additional +1/+1 and trample.

Bubbling Cauldron would give you a more consistent sac outlet while also giving you the much needed health you will need to survive.

Some of the cards you are using to deter people will actually make you even more enemies. Stranglehold will get you instant-focused by most people and constant board wipes will leave a lot of people gunning for you early in any game afterwords. I also personally think you have way too many artifacts that will only slow you down once you hit mid to late game. I would toss out the Wayfarer's Bauble, Armilary Sphere, Staff of Nin, Skullclamp, and Crucible of Worlds. I know a lot of this sounds useful (especially Crucible due to one of your win cons) but they are only going to mess up your consistency. I would also cut out Master Warcraft, Debt of Loyalty, and Nevermore.

To speed up getting to Gisela, you may want to consider Urza's Incubator and Temple of the False God. As for keeping her alive, your options include Avacyn, Aegis Angel, Indestructibility, and Gift of Immortality. Sphere of Safety will help keep people away from you. You will also need quite a few more creatures to help deal with aggro, and there are few things as satisfying as blocking an entire goblin bum rush with a Guardian of the Gateless with a Darksteel Plate.

Gonna go out on a limb and say Ruric Thar is your commander for this deck. You generally want to put your commander in your sideboard so peeps will know, especially if you don't use his name in the title.

Now to begin with, when you use a commander like Ruric Thar, you have to keep in mind that he will hurt you just as much as your opponents. Artifact/Instant/Sorcery/Planeswalker type spells will all cause him to smack you in the face, so you have to be very picky about what you are willing to take 6 damage for. As it stands, almost half of your deck is going to hurt you once your commander comes out. That is alright if you don't really plan on playing him, but in that case their are quite a few commanders you can use that will prove to be more useful to you.

I don't mean to sound rude, but it seems like you are fairly new to Magic, and especially new to the EDH format in general. A lot of these cards can find their place in a Modern/Standard format, but a good majority of them do not transition to EDH well. And on top of a lot of fairly new cards, I see mostly weak early game creatures that will not do all that much for you in this format, so you have to set a primary win condition for yourself. If that win condition is pimp slapping your opponents in the face with ridiculously huge creatures, then that is completely valid but you will have to work on putting in cards that will help you get there. 99 cards plus a commander may seem like a lot, but you will quickly find that when you have to start choosing between so many good cards, spots fill up fast.

There is a severe lack of focus with this deck. You have a lot of random cards that do not have all that much synergy with each other. The first step you have to take when you make an EDH deck is choosing a commander that you want to work your deck around. Ruric Thar can be hilariously fun to play, but without focus it will not get you very far. I could tell you a whole list of cards that would make this deck better, but it would not really teach you how to make a better deck. For now, I recommend you look into some older, and more awesome cards, especially from sets like Alara and Rise of the Eldrazi.

The link above is my take on a Ruric Thar deck. Hopefully you will be able to get more of an idea of what a focused (although not necessarily amazing) EDH looks like and give you some inspiration to make your own.

You have four green cards here... And those four are mana dorks... Seriously just cut them and run something like Traumatize.

Adding something to help protect Mayael (Lightning Greaves/Swiftfoot Boots) would help this deck out a lot. Illusionist's Bracers are also an excellent choice for getting even more creatures out.

The only other suggestion I can think of off the top of my head is Lurking Predators instead of Predatory Advantage and Beastmaster Ascension/Asceticism.

Having a Genesis Wave to make you spiral out of control mid/late game would help this deck out a good deal.
