whats not standard about it other then being short 4 cards?? he forgot the essence of the wild
I think 20 lands is too little for a deck that is built around a creature that costs 6 mana. You also forgot to add the Essence of the Wild, but I assume that's the four cards that are missing.
With 4 Birds, Llanowar Elves, and Pilgrims, he won't have any trouble getting the mana for it.
