A mill deck that also aims to build up a good offense. I always liked the concept of milling and this is a hybrid of the first deck I've ever build. It started as mono blue with just defense and milling, but i knew i needed to adapt it. Any suggestions are appreciated.
My first priority is to mill at least 10 cards into the graveyard to utilize Jace's phantasm. After that I start to build up my creatures creating a solid defense with cards like fog bank and mindeye drake and a strong offense with cards like jace's phantasm and weight of precinct six. As i continue to mill, cards like Jace become dangerous to the opponents deck and consuming aberration starts to become dangerous to the oppenents life.

Since you deck is only legal in vintage and legacy, you should take a look at my two CURRENT decks, which are legacy and modern legal, and very competitive. I recently got number 29 out of 85 with the legacy-deck!
