Very much in progress, just a thought.
In progress - The idea is to use Quicksilver Fountain to actually make enemy lands islands (cutting their mana supply and giving your creatures an island to walk on), using creature abilities like Streambed Aquitects to give Islandwalk or that defending island, and then blue ramp with high tide and Silver Myr to get out my Leviathans and Whelming Wave to give them superiority over all other creatures.
