This is a lock-em-down U/B control deck that features multiple threats: You can poison your enemy to death in a rush using the tezz/inkmoth synergy, or you can build up your chalices to critical mass and deck your opponent in one fell swoop using the blue zenith. Really dominating the game? win more with planeswalker ultimate action! Woo! The deck's powerful and fun and tournament worthy with a solid sideboard that fits the current meta, but super expensive :/
