First of all, I'd like to clear out that despite the fact that it may say 59 cards, that is just a glitch and there are exactly 60. I decided to just make a random modern elf build.
I normally start by playing a forest (you have a pretty good chance of opening one, if not obviously you want to mulligan) and then tapping that forest for one of my mana elves (mystic, arbor, or llanowar). Next turn, assuming you are able to play a forest, you should have 3 mana available (1 from the mana elf played last turn, and 2 from your forests). These are the cards you want to play this turn, in order of importance: Elvish visionary, mana elves, other 1 drop elves. On turn 3, you want to make archdruid top priority, and he will be better the more elves you summoned last turn. After summoning him, you will have 1 mana left (again assuming you played a land), and you can use that for another elf. If you have more than 1 mana, because you played some mana elves last turn, summon one of these depending on how much you have left; 2, visionary or nissas chosen. 3, rishkar. (never archdruid). 4, Dwynen or Messenger. Continue summoning your better elves, especially the ones with abilities to give your other elves +1/+1. When you get Nissa's ult, you can literally summon every single one of your 33 elves in your deck and then next turn swing for game... (GG)
