Do you think I should put Stratus Walk in Sideboard and replace with Noyan Dar?

The deck functions more aggressively and quickly when you have floating mana with Hierarch and Mystic, rather than spending your turn casting Noyan Dar. I researched many decks, and found all of them played it in the main deck. However, I think it's far too costly and expensive. You do not get any value from it unless it's turn six and you have a one drop spell.
