Looks good, all I would say is you may as well just swap out Minister of Impediments for 2 more glares and some other efficient creatures purely because the minister is a redundant card with glare.

The cards are very nice. As a previous poster mentioned, its too slow and you seem to be hinging the entire success of the mana needed to play on the lanowar elves and mana birds, which are far too vulnerable in this setting. With them gone, you're the one in lock down. one pyromancer or serrated arrows etc, on the other side and you have mana issues.

That's a quite cool deck providing a cool lockdown, i have a deck which is rather similar, a good tip i got from your deck is: Glare of Subdual. good creature control using creatyre but the only problem i can see with this deck is creature destruction yoju need to figure some way to get around that
I like the concept, and have built similar decks, I think yours would work better than mine did, due to mana costs. Might I suggest Static Orb? Check my WTF? 1-turn-win deck please. And comment, I would appreciate it.
Good stuff, only issue i see honestly is a burn deck, so id side board silence. But i like it lots ^_^
You should really consider having more of an early game or at least put some cards that will help you last through the first turns. A few Holy Day, Silence, Pacifism, etc would be ideal. And adding fixing the mana curve by adding 2-4 dropper creatures should help you out a bit. You can also replace the birds of paradise or llanowar elves with dual lands and to make room for a more variety of creatures. I have a similar lockdown deck as well, pls comment on mine so I can have your input as well. +1 !!!
