For a discard deck, there are a lot of cards that don't focus on discarding. Also, why are there so many singles in the deck? For example, why aren't there four Quest for the Nihil Stones? If you had two of those out at once, it would be terrifying. Thirdly, having both vamps and discard gives the deck two goals, both life gain and discard, which weakens the deck. If you didn't have random vamps, you could add ravinous rats, abyssal specter, ect.
